It’s pretty common for students and working persons to feel stressed out! You may be worried about your grades , struggling with finances worried about a relationship. Life is full of challenging events that may stress you out.
Stress is the way your body responds to inside and outside threats! because of the overabundance of stress in our lives we usually consider it a negative experience but it can be negative as well as positive!
there is a relationship between stress and our immune system, some people consider a large part of their environment as stress and as a result flight or fight  response is activated, when it’s activated for a long period many physiological and psychological things happen!
physiologically our immune system weakens which make us prone to many diseases.
psychologically we face difficulty in focussing attention, develop negative mood state that undermines our ability to cope as well as to ward off disease.
threats lead to stress response that’s hard to eliminate..
stress differs from agression and anger, it seems to come from general threats .
positive stress also known as Eustress is the state when a person thinks he can handle the situation, positive stress can be a motivation that is needed to initiate and sustain action, usually sustained actions depend on positive emotions such as optimism.
